I have polycystic kidney disease (PKD),  a hereditary disease passed on from my father.  In December 2011, my creatinine number indicated that I was in stage four kidney failure. The nephrologist estimated that in 2 years, give or take a six months,  I would be on dialysis or need a kidney transplant.

In April 2012, while searching the internet for PKD disease information, I discovered the website for the  Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital in China. This hospital offers a treatment for PKD that is not available anywhere else. The treatment includes Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, which reduces and shrinks the cysts, and Stem Cell therapy, which has the possiblity of renewing and regenerating kidney tissue.

Sounds like miracle to me! This treatment offers me knew hope of never having to go on dialysis or have a kidney transplant.  Treatment in the US does not offer this hope, I traveled to China and stayed at the hospital from June 15, 2012 through July 14th.  I kept a journal of my experiences in order to share my progress with the my friends and family.

Per my experience and others at the hospital, the treatment offered for kidney disease is a fraud.  There was no effect on my condition, and I ended upon dialysis on Jan 1, 2014 and  having a transplant on Oct 14, 2014. Please read my journal if you are thinking about going to the Shijiazhaung Hospital. I know that you are desperate for a cure, but this hospital does not have one!

Since starting my journal, I have received emails from hundreds of people all over the world. I hope that I have saved them from false hopes and wasted money.
